NEWARK, DE – SIMM Associates, Inc announced the addition of John Rutkowski to its executive staff. SIMM Associates, Inc. Successfully Completes type II SAS 70 Audit AND PCI CERTIFICATION
SIMM Associates, Inc. (“SIMM”), a leading national collection firm specializing in delinquent account receivable solutions, is pleased to announce that it has recently completed a service auditor’s review, commonly known as a SAS 70 audit, of its Receivables Management Services. The audit was performed by SAS70 Solutions, a nationally recognized independent auditing firm. Included in the scope of the audit were SIMM’s receivables management and client billing control areas. The general controls that support these activities were also examined.
In order to complete both the audit and the certification, SIMM management developed control objectives for the significant areas of internal control that support the Receivables Management Services.
Jeff Simendinger, COO commented, “SIMM management recognizes that Sarbanes-Oxley legislation has placed an increased focus on the internal controls of valued business partners. The SAS 70 audit report is designed to provide clients with a certain level of assurance regarding the controls that are maintained by SIMM management.”
In addition to SAS 70 Type II, SIMM also completed PCI Level 1 Certification in late May 2010. The audit was performed by Crimson Security, and tested processes and controls associated with the Payments Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. PCI applies to creditors, agencies and vendors that store and process consumer credit card information. PCI compliance requires tight security policies and procedures around network, infrastructure, data and physical security, as well as ongoing monitoring, testing and system controls

He was the recipient of several awards including Agency Auditor of the Year and Recovery Manager of the Year. Additionally, Mr. Nusspickel was the founder of Advanced Receivable Solutions, a collection agency that successfully merged with SIMM Associates in 2004. Overall Tom has over 18 years in the collections and financial services industry.

SIMM ASSOCIATES, INC BREAKS GROUND ON NEW HEADQUARTERS
NEWARK, DE – SIMM Associates, Inc held an official groundbreaking
ceremony on June 5th, 2006 to mark the construction of their new headquarters.
The new building will allow SIMM to continue its unbelievable growth
and continue to be a leader in the collection industry by employing
a top-notch collection and management team.
“It’s a great day in our history as a company and a family”, comments Greg Simendinger, President and CEO of SIMM’s. “Our new site will be state-of-the-art and we’re very excited for our employees. It will be our new home and it’s literally the building blocks for the future of SIMM Associates.”

The groundbreaking was attended by several dignitaries’ including the Governor of Delaware, Ruth Ann Minner, New Castle County Executive Chris Coons, Director of Redevelopment Karl Kalbacher, Director of Economic Development Judy McKinney-Cherry, Councilman David Tackett, and Mr. Robert Cox of Wilmington Trust Company. Federal schedule 520-4, Debt Collection (520-4). GSA awarded a contract
to SIMM Associates based on the firm's qualifications to include past

(Charlie) Boarman to its executive staff. Charlie will assume the role
of General Counsel for SIMM’s. “Charlie brings years of
direct credit card management and knowledge to our company”, comments
Jeff Simendinger, SVP and COO of SIMM’s. “By adding Charlie
to
our staff we insure a commitment to our clients by strengthening our
legal compliance with all Federal and State laws as well as internal
compliance of corporate policies and procedures.”Charlie was with
MBNA from 1986 to 2005 and managed in several departments including
Sales, Marketing, Collections, Merchant Processing, and Group Management
in the Wilmington, DE and Newark, DE locations as well as the Washington,
DC and Baltimore, MD sites. Prior to his career with MBNA Charlie engaged
in a private law practice in Maryland from 1979 to 1986 as well as serving
