SIMM ASSOCIATES, INC OPENS NEW HEADQUARTERS
NEWARK, DE – SIMM Associates, Inc officially opened their new headquarters on Monday, November 20th.
“Our move to the new headquarters couldn’t have come at a better time”, comments Greg Simendinger, President and CEO of SIMM’s. “The new site provides a bright and open working environment for our employees and allows us to accommodate and continue our increased growth rate.”
The new building is over 32,000 sq. feet and will accommodate approximately 350 collectors. “We’re looking to add over 100 collectors to our staff within the next 4-6 months”, stated Jeff Simendinger, EVP and COO.
“We are continuing to add large, national clients to our list of phenomenal relationships and we look forward to growing while continuing to provide best-in-class results and client service” added Tom Nusspickel, Director of Sales & Marketing.
SIMM will hold a formal “Grand Opening Celebration” in the spring and expect to have all of their clients attend as well as several state and local officials.

SIMM ASSOCIATES, INC BREAKS GROUND ON NEW HEADQUARTERS
NEWARK, DE – SIMM Associates, Inc held an official groundbreaking
ceremony on June 5th, 2006 to mark the construction of their new headquarters.
The new building will allow SIMM to continue its unbelievable growth
and continue to be a leader in the collection industry by employing
a top-notch collection and management team.
“It’s a great day in our history as a company and a family”, comments Greg Simendinger, President and CEO of SIMM’s. “Our new site will be state-of-the-art and we’re very excited for our employees. It will be our new home and it’s literally the building blocks for the future of SIMM Associates.”

with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to be included on
Federal schedule 520-4, Debt Collection (520-4). GSA awarded a contract
to SIMM Associates based on the firm's qualifications to include past
performance and references, nationwide capabilities, and financial strength.

NEWARK, DE – SIMM Associates, Inc announced the addition of Charles
(Charlie) Boarman to its executive staff. Charlie will assume the role
of General Counsel for SIMM’s. “Charlie brings years of
direct credit card management and knowledge to our company”, comments
Jeff Simendinger, SVP and COO of SIMM’s. “By adding Charlie
to
our staff we insure a commitment to our clients by strengthening our
legal compliance with all Federal and State laws as well as internal
compliance of corporate policies and procedures.”Charlie was with
MBNA from 1986 to 2005 and managed in several departments including
Sales, Marketing, Collections, Merchant Processing, and Group Management
in the Wilmington, DE and Newark, DE locations as well as the Washington,
DC and Baltimore, MD sites. Prior to his career with MBNA Charlie engaged
in a private law practice in Maryland from 1979 to 1986 as well as serving
as an Assistant County Attorney – Harford County, MD from 1979
to 1984. Charlie is a graduate of Dartmouth College and University of
Baltimore School of Law and resides in Wilmington, DE.
